OCI1500 is based on OFDR technology, and is suitable for short distance, high resolution and high precision measurement. In analysis of internal structure of an optical module, OCI1500 can accurately identify the return loss value caused by different internal structures at a spatial resolution of 10μm, which provides an effective basis for the analysis of an optical module.

The isolation level of the optical module is judged according to the measured return loss value: when the return loss is greater than or equal to 20dB, there is a double isolation in the optical module. When the return loss value is less than 20dB, a single isolation exists in the optical module.
